Information we collect
When you contact us, we may collect your name, email address, company, role and any information you include in your message.
Our website hosting and security providers may also process technical information, such as your IP address, browser information and access logs, to operate and protect the website.
Please avoid including sensitive personal information in your enquiry unless it is necessary.
How we use your information
We use your information to:
- Respond to your enquiry and understand your requirements.
- Discuss potential work and manage any resulting business relationship.
- Operate, maintain and secure our website.
- Meet applicable legal obligations.
We do not use visitor analytics or advertising tracking. Submitting an enquiry does not add you to a mailing list or marketing database.
Our lawful basis
We rely on our legitimate interests in responding to business enquiries, developing client relationships and operating a secure website. We consider these interests alongside your rights and reasonable expectations.
Where you ask us to take steps towards entering a contract with you personally, we may process the necessary information on that basis. We may also process information where necessary to meet a legal obligation.
Who handles your information
Website enquiries are delivered to hello@brandaltitude.com through Web3Forms to our Microsoft-hosted email service. Web3Forms is operated by Web3Creative, which processes and stores submissions on our behalf. We do not add enquiry contacts to a CRM or mailing list.
Providers supporting our website, security, form delivery and email may process information on our behalf to provide those services.
We may share information with professional advisers or authorities where necessary to meet legal obligations or establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
We do not sell your personal information.
Form delivery and spam prevention
Web3Forms processes the details you submit and technical information including your IP address to deliver enquiries and prevent abuse. Its providers include Amazon Web Services, Cloudflare and Hetzner. It may share your IP address and email address with CleanTalk and Akismet for spam checks.
See the Web3Forms Privacy Policy and Data Processing Agreement for further information.
International processing
Web3Creative operates from India and uses providers in other countries, so form information may be processed outside the UK. Its Data Processing Agreement provides for Standard Contractual Clauses and the UK International Data Transfer Addendum where applicable. You can read these arrangements in the Data Processing Agreement or contact us for further information.
How long we keep information
We retain enquiry records in our Microsoft mailbox for 24 months from our last substantive contact with you. At the end of this period, we delete them unless we are legally required to retain them for longer.
Technical information used to operate and secure the website is retained only for as long as necessary for those purposes.
Web3Forms submission records
Web3Forms separately retains submission data for up to three years from submission, subject to earlier deletion or any shorter applicable retention period. The period for which submissions are visible in its dashboard is not necessarily the period for which they remain stored. This is separate from our 24-month mailbox retention period.
You can contact us about deletion of your enquiry, including copies held by our form provider.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you.
- Have inaccurate or incomplete information corrected.
- Request deletion of your information.
- Restrict how we use your information.
- Receive a portable copy of information where that right applies.
You also have the right to object to processing based on our legitimate interests, for reasons relating to your particular situation.
To exercise your rights or ask a question, email hello@brandaltitude.com.
You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office, the UK data protection regulator:
Cookies and tracking
We do not add visitor analytics or advertising tracking to our website. Our enquiry form does not use cookies or browser storage to save your message and does not load third-party tracking or CAPTCHA scripts.
Further information is available in our Cookie Notice.
Changes to this notice
We will update this notice if our practices change and show the date of the latest revision.
